90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your order. Try it for up to 90 days from the day it arrives. If you're not happy with it, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase, even if you've opened and used it.

How to request a refund

• We reply within one business day with simple next steps. If we need the product sent back, we'll tell you how in our reply.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Your bank may take a few additional days to display the credit.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not already left the fulfilment centre.
